Governance

The Council for Resource Development is governed by a 15 member volunteer Board of Directors. Their role is to define strategic vision, develop policy and ensure fiscal soundness of the organization.

The CRD Leadership Council comprise volunteers who plan and implement programming, publications, research, members services and marketing initiatives.
