Polly has been the executive director for the Council for Resource Development (CRD) in Washington, DC, since 2003. Prior to her position at CRD, Polly was the chief development officer at Cecil Community College, in rural Cecil County, Maryland. She has been an adjunct faculty member at community colleges since 1995. She has 21 years of experience in all areas of resource development including strategic planning, board management, annual funds, capital campaigns, planned giving, alumni associations, and grants. Polly has a BA in Theatre Arts from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA, and an MS in Writing from Towson University, MD. She holds certification as a Certified Fund Raising Executive from CFRE International.

Stephanie is responsible for marketing of programs, programming of webinars, working with partners and companies for sponsorships for all of CRD's programs. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampton University and a Masters in Tourism Administration from George Washington University. Prior to coming on board to CRD, she was the Director of Alumni Relations for the Community College of Baltimore County in Baltimore, Maryland where she successfully combined three alumni associations and established database of 42,000+ addressable alumni. Previously, she was assistant director of Alumni Affairs at Hampton University, a private HBCU where she was involved with alumni and annual giving programs. She has 13 years of advancement experience.

Yvonne Inniss comes to CRD with over 30 years experience in association membership management and services. She has overseen database conversions, significantly increased membership recruitment and retention at several associations, conducted membership satisfaction surveys, and developed and managed membership marketing campaigns. In addition to her myriad office technical skills, Yvonne is a superlative cook and has two published cookbooks to her name. Yvonne has a BA in Business Administration from the University of London and graduate credits from the USDA Graduate School, Washington, DC.
Sarah Platt Stockton, Program Manager
Sarah is no stranger to CRD. From 2003 - 2008, Sarah served in various roles at CRD including membership services, marketing and development. She rejoins us as program manager and will assist CRD program volunteers in implementing workshop and conference programming. Sarah has a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado.
Ellen Pinzur, Administrative Assistant
With over 30 years of experience, Ellen brings a wealth of organizational skills to CRD's national office. Ellen comes to us with a BA in Sociology and MA in American Civilization from University of Massachusetts Boston.
