Refund Policy

Events Policy:

Only those refund requests submitted to CRD Headquarters in writing thirty (30) days before the start of the event will be considered. Absolutely no event or conference fees may be refunded after thirty (30) days prior to the start of the event. No exceptions.

A refund processing fee determined annually by the board may be applied. All refunds will be processed after the event takes place.

Membership Policy:

Membership dues are non-refundable. No Exceptions. However, they are transferable to other individuals at your institution. Contact the national office to let us know you need your membership transferred and we will take care of it.

Publications Policy:

Products purchased from our Publications section are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 30-days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for Publications sold by CRD of the same value. To obtain an exchange, you must notify CRD, within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The customer must return to CRD a exchange claim request along with the product being exchanged.

In order to exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to CRD. CRD will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a exchange claim request that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to CRD. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims:

All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

CRD reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on CRD’s web site. You agree to periodically review our web site, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our web site. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
